We're Katie and James Bishop. The Wiltshire Groom Room was created from our lifelong connection with animals, our veterinary experience and a belief that grooming can play a wider role in helping owners understand and care for their dogs.

Katie grew up in Upavon and the surrounding Wiltshire countryside - with dogs, horses and rural life all around her.

It's home, and it's the place we want to give back to.

With professional training, many years in animal health and a shared commitment to doing things properly, we set out to build more than a grooming room.

Our vision is to create a local center for practical care, education and responsible ownership - supporting dogs and their people through every stage of life.
